RTC and RQM integrated setup - Defect Creation Issues

We currently use an integrated setup of RQM and RTC with which we connect to RTC from RQM to raise defects. We use RQM v3.0.1 and RTC v3.0 for our project management purposes.

We have the below issue while creating a defect in RTC from RQM.

While creating defects in RTC from RQM, after filling-in all mandatory fields and clicking 'OK', the user doesn't see any info on successful creation of defect or the created defect number.

User has to manually login to RTC and search for the newly created defects to know that the defect is successfully created with a number.

Considering the volume of defects raised daily from RQM, it's tedious for the RQM user to login to RTC and figure out manually about defect creation status and it's number.

It's useful if user automatically gets a message/pop-up about defect creation status and it's number if successfully created for reference.

Could someone let me know if there is already an existing solution to this issue or if it can be achieved with some admin tweaks?

I believe you could add a widget in the Quality Dashboard that shows the newly created defect in RTC using the "Work Item" widget, and the "Open created by me" query for example.

Would that fulfill your need?
