progress bar in WebClient is not in sync with the eclipse ci

I have filed some defects against this area:

Progress Bars shows different values for same Iteration in different Plans and different Clients

In a plan, the progress columns should show same values (hours/points) than the hover of the WI shows

Eclipse Clients is not showing the Total hours available correctly in the Load bar of a plan in Planned Time View. WebUI is correct

have a look and comment or file a new defect if you see a different issue
