"Change Flow Target" is disable in component level

Hi ,

when I doing right click on component the
"Change Flow Target" is disable .
any Idea what is wrong ?

You should be able to do this, assuming you are in the Pending Changes
view.

You may need to work with Rational Support on this ... they'll want to
know what version of RTC you are using, and exactly what view in the GUI
you are using.

 I have the same problem. 
We are using 

Rational Team Concert
Version: 2.0
Build id: I20090618-1753

any idea?
