Attempting to import Bugzilla bugs to create work items, it appears that only "open" bugs are imported using the standard process as described in TN0007. Is there a way to import all items for a product, rather than only open items? My customer sometimes closes problems to a "fix later" status, then re-opens them in the next release, and these bugs need to turn into work items.
