Userid or Password invalid when doing Load zFiles

I migrated RTC to V3.0.1 and RDz to 8.0.3 on z/OS , and I am having problems with the load zFiles function.
I know there is a documentation error for configuration of FileAgentConfiguration.dat that could cause this problem,
but with this correction the problem is not fixed.
The Log message on RDz shows the follwing error:

All other functions are working Fine:

Build Request OK
WorkItems in general OK
Sharing projects is OK
Checkins, Delivery are OK
