CQ Connector problem

I've set up a cq connector to sync defects created in clearquest to jazz. But, I came accoss this problem.

1. New a workitem in Jazz (success)
2. Verify that the defect appears in CQ (success)
3. From CQ, update the same defect. Add Note (success)
4. From Jazz, verify the update. Note appears (success)
5. From Jazz, add a comment to defect (success)
6. From CQ, verify that the comment is there (success)
7. From CQ, add a second update to defect (success)
8. From Jazz, verify this second update (success)
9. From Jazz, update defect a third time (success)
10 Verify in CQ that this update is there (Failed)
11 From CQ update defect by adding a note
12 From Jazz, verify that this note appears (Failed)

Can anybody give me any idea?

Can anybody give me any idea?


Is there any information on why the synchronization failed? Open the work item, go to the Links page, and double-click on the "Synchronization status for ..." entry to open the Synchronization Status display. There should be information about the last synchronization attempt, and any error messages that were generated.
