Does anyone know where to locate the format for uploading test cases and test scripts from Excel to RQM?

Actually, the format does not matter, because you'll use a config file to map the fields to import anyway. Check out the following:

That's the import tool. Once you download and install it, there are samples that will help you see how it's done, on my machine, the directory is below:

C:\Program Files\IBM\RQMExcelImporter\Samples
