From the Web UI, I'm able to view dashboards for all teams within my project area. Is there a way to restrict access so that team dashboards can be viewed only by members of that team?

Currently this is not supported, but it seems like a reasonable request. I have opened the following enhancement request:

186818: Support team level read permissions for Dashboards

A workaround you can use for now is to create a Personal Dashboard on the JTS and share it with the members of the team and any other you might want to be able to access it.
