Error 500 , while accessing the RQM url

Hi

I got following error while trying to access the RQM URL.

Error 500: java.lang.RuntimeException: CRJAZ1596E The friend list failed to be fetched.

can anyone give the root cause and resolution for this error.

What is the URL (You can remove server name before parting here)?

The qm.log and jts.log may give you some additional information on what is causing this failure.
