Display problem with custom Birt report

Hi all,
I have migrated many custom BIRT reports from RTC 2.0.0.1 to CCM 3.0.0.1 but when I try to run the report (after inserted the parameters) from RTC Client (versione 3.0.0.1) I obtain this error message:
"This page contains information of a type (application/octet-stream) that can only be viewed with appropriate Plug-in.

Click OK to download Plugin."

also when I click OK, the reports don't works.

If I try to run the report from web browser (IE 8 and FF 8) I don't see the chart but, if I try to export the report as PDF file, I see the chart.

Any suggest?

My Birt reports have JDBC Data Source

Hi Andrea,

as mentioned in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsMigrating20To30 :
"When moving from RTC 2.x to RTC 3.0, some changes may need to be made to your existing custom BIRT reports in order for them to function correctly"

Have you already checked this ?

Thanks and Regards,
