Hi,

When we configure JTS server as a single server separated from CCM server, how do I consider about a minimum system requirement of JTS?
For example, 400 active users use three CCM servers, which shares one JTS server. In this case, does the JTS server need "Mid Scale Config" or "Small Scale Config"?

Following article explained about CLM servers, but does not mentioned about a single JTS server.

The total number of CCM users (even if divided amongst the 3 instances) should be considered for sizing the JTS.

For 400 active CCM users, you'd need mid scale config.
