Customization of user's profile in RTC 3.0.1
I would like to customize some of the attributes related to a users profile in RTC 3.0.1. I tried to add new fields like location, technology area expertization etc to a users profile, but was not able to add the same. Can you please let me know how to customize the attributes related to user profile or how to add new attributes to a users profile.

This is currently not supported but I think there are work items for it. You could look them up and add your vote.

I couldn't find a good work item for this, so I added a new one, work
item 184860. I linked it to the related work items that I was able to
find (if there already was one for this, the dev team will duplicate
this new work item to the existing one).
