Call option not enabled - using Gtalk

Hi,

I have two RTC users using RTC Eclipse client and connected to the same JTS. Gtalk is the chatting service used. When I right click on a user who is online I don't see the "call" option enabled? Am I missing anything here?

Also, can I have a video call facility from within RTC using a chatting service (say Skype) that supports it?
