Report: all change sets, by user, for the past 90 days

I need to generate a report of all delivered change sets, sorted by user, for the past 90 days. I can't find any report, query, or viewlet that will get me there. Any ideas?

I would create a new report template using BIRT or RRDI - use the SCM datasource and the Change_set dataset it contains both owner and comment and stuff

I don't have time to learn Birt. I'd prefer using the REST API if there is a way.

Hi

I would like to extract the changeset information (date, linked work items, modified files for example) using RPE.

Is there a way to do this ?

I am currently using the URL https://server:9443/ccm/rpt/repository/scm to have access to ChangeSet. From Changeset, I am not able to get the list of modified files.
