We've recently upgraded our servers and our users informed us the full text query no longer works.
We ran the two reindex commands on the repository:
repotools-jazz -rebuildTextIndices
and
repotools-jazz -reindex
But that did not help. I have not been able to find what to do next.

Jul 03 '12, 3:41 p.m.Full text query appears to work on some of my servers. Although partial word queries seem to not work. For instance if I search "plat" to look for workitems with the word "platform", is it designed to find those workitems?
