Cant connect to a Jazz Team Server

Holger Steiner (611) | asked Oct 26 '11, 6:31 a.m.
I downloaded and installed the RTC 3.0.1 (on a Win2008 server) and downloaded and installed the RTC Eclipse Client (on my Win7 workstation).

I tested the Client by connecting to the Jazz Sandbox (https://jazz.net/sandbox01-ccm/) and it worked.

I cant, however, connect to my own server.

What should I use for the connection parameters, namely URI, Name, User-ID and Password?

Is there a tutorial for really bloody noobs?

When you set up the server, it has a page on registering the CCM application. It is there that you specify the URI for clients to use.

The default is https://your-server.com/jazz. If you have a CLM server, it is https://your-server.com/ccm.

But note that you have to configure your server before you can access it
via a client. For instructions, see:

Geoff

Geoff, you were right. Without setup the server is useless.
Thanks.

CRJAZ1579E errorĀ  only appear when change localhost in uri , while continue using localhost will just give warning and disable test connection icon .

@ holger and Geoffrey : thanks.
