How to migrate CCCQ/UCM-RequisitPro-RQM to RTC?

Hi

We have a project is using a fully integrated Rational solution. CCCQ UCM integrated with RequisitePro, CQ connected to RQM which is integrated with RFT, and maybe more.

Now the organization brought in RTC to replace CCCQ (the rest no changes). I know I can migrate CCCQ together to RTC using CCCQ Importor. My questions are:

1. What am I going to do with the RequisitePro part?
2. After migrating from CQ to RTC work item, how about the previous CQ-RQM connection? What I need to do with that?
3. Anything else I need to look into?
