How do I get someone to look at a defect on jazz.net I added?

I added an RTC defect (https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=300155) but I have had no response. How do I know that it is being checked? Perhaps I have not added it properly?

Hi Eddie,
jazz.net developers are monitoring only their own components. I have set filled against which will increase the chance someone notices your issue. Usually the responsiveness is high. Let us know if that helps. |
