excluding someone from precondition checking
hi all,
we set a precondition checking to make sure that one can only deliver change with a work item associated, and also, he should own the work item.
on the other hand, there is a release engineer which is responsible for delivering changes from one stream to another, but most of changes would not be owned by him, so we want to know if it is possible to exclude this user from the precondition checking we set above?

Hello Makson,
Create a new role for the release engineer. Configure the role not to use the precondition. Assign the role to the release engineer. If the release engineer has other roles that require the precondition, make sure that the new role is at the top of the list when it is added. This will make the runtime use the new role, and the precondition will not be checked
