RTC Database Table / Field Descriptions

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a BIRT report and it would be really helpful if I could find some documentation about the RTC DB schemas, tables, and field names.

Does anyone know where I can find some documentation on the DB? What I am specifically looking for are the following fields:

Id, Summary, Owned By, Time Spent, Status, Planned For, Filed Against, and custom fields that I've added

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
