Setting MailLogger.failure options

Hello -

I'm quite new to RTC so this is going to be a newbie question. I'm trying to get our build failures to send out more useful emails (perhaps include a link to the build in RTC or include a log file) but can't find information on all of the available MailLogger.failure options and available parameters. Is this documented somewhere? Also, any suggestions on what has worked for your team?
