When attempting to follow the instructions at https://jazz.net/library/article/537/ , I do not see the "operational Behavior" section in the RTC Client. Is there a way to get it back?

I've never seen that section disappear. You'll probably want to work
directly with Rational Support, so they can help you find it.

After some experimentation, it appears to be related to my OS. My workstation is running Windows 7 64-bit. I installed the client on my server running Windows Server 2003 64-bit and it works fine.

Note that I run on Windows 7 64-bit, so it might be an issue with your
original install.

Geoff
