Multiple dashboards in RTC?

Hi everybody!

We have seen that it is possible to create different teams in an RTC Project Area. Each team will have a dashboard and it can be customized.

But, is it possible to have multiple dashboards in RTC and make them part of the process configuration / process configuration source (XML)? The idea is to export them with the process template, and make them available when creating new projects.

Yes, you can use process configuration to customize the default content of project and team dashboards.

Yes, we understand what you mean, but what we really need is to find the way -if exists- to incorporate more dashboards to the process configuration.

In your example there are only 2: one for the project and one for the teams. What if you want to have more than one team dashboard defined in your process configuration? Is that possible? How?

Hy Maria,
A shomehow solution might be, if you add Tabs to these Dashboards.
So you'll get more content into one dashboard, and it's structure depends on the Tabs you'll set.
Project/Team Dashboard --> Overview
                              --> SubContentOne (Backlog)
                              --> SubContentTwo (Absences)
                              --> Misc

Or you could split your Teams into Sub-Teams.
So you'll be capable of creating individual Dashboards, depending of the needs.
Team1
   -SubTeam1 (Integration)
   -SubTeam2 (Testing)
   -SubTeam3 (Implementation)

Unfortunately, that's not supported at the moment. A "team" dashboard template applies to all teams in your project.

same question for RTC 5.0.1 -  will the extracted process template include the custom dashboards? is there a way? if not out of the box, any workaround? programmatically?
