Is there any way to automatically create the streams for a multiple stream strategy when the project is created?

How can i modify the formal template to achive this goal?

In a process template or project area, you can
modify the Process Configuration. In the Project Configuration
Project Area Initialization, there are server follow-up actions that
you can edit to set up the project area the way you want.

Create a new project area with that template and you'll get your
customized initialization.
