Setting up Quality Management results in an error
I have upgraded RTC 2.0 to RTC CLM 3.0.1. I did not have QM and Requirements composer installed in RTC 2.0. QM and RM are new components as part of 3.0.1. The initial configuration, Date warehouse configuration, CCM configuraton all worked well, but when i am trying to setup Quality Management i get the following error.
The user ID you logged in with is not recognizable. If you used the default ADMIN user to log in, you likely disabled it during setup. Try again using the new admin user you created during setup
In RTC 2.0 i have disabled ADMIN user and have LDAP setup, the user id i am using to setup successfully worked for CCM but does not work for QM. Requirements Management works well again.
I can see all the workitems, project areas that existed in RTC 2.0 in RTC 3.0.1, i can make updates comments, everything works except QM.
Can anyone throw some ideas on this?

Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? I'm running into the same issue.
Thanks

I tried to uninstall Quality Management, and reinstall it
but i still get the same error. I am unable to view setup screens of Quality management. The user id i am logging in as is not recognizable by RTC.
Is there any way i can make RQM recognize the users of RTC?
It was actually a minor thing.
While setting up RTC, During the LDAP screen, We need to save the LDAP configurtion to all log files, there is a button which says "Save configuration" or something to that sense.
Try that and let me know if it worked. If it does not,i will go back verify and give you the exact instructions.
