qm.log IMailerRestService error after upgrading 3.0 to 3.0.1

we upgraded rtc 3.0 to 3.0.1. We used scripts for upgrade process.
On jts/setup wizard, firstly we registered Quality Management (QM) and Requirements Management (RM) and selected "To not configure Datawarehouse".

Then we removed RM and QM on "register Applications" part of JTS/admin page on browser. Because we would not use them in recent times and also we hadn't registered them on RTC 3.0 version

We checked for log files. The problem is logged every 5 minutes and only in qm.log file:

CRJAZ1832E The user configured to perform the request "https://xxxx:9443/jts/service/com.ibm.team.jfs.mail.service.IMailerRestService"
on the JTS is not authorized. There may not be a functional user configured for the oauth consumer,
or the functional user that is configured does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested operation.

How can we resolve the problem ?
