Hi

A customer reported (and I have confirmed) that you can't download the RRC 3.0.1 plugin from the Sandbox here on jazz.net.

Is there a way to get hold of the plugin?

thanks

Turns out the is a fault on the sandbox (or rather, some of the infrastructure that is part of the sandbox). An IBM PMR has been raised, so I expect this to be fixed shortly (PMR 12366,057,649)

The problem is that (For Fire Fox) the current browser version does not support your plug-in version - ie they are not compatible.

You can nominally have multiple Firefox versions on a PC at the same time. Here's instructions:

I could not find the plug-in, probably just looking at the wrong places, but does anyone know what level(s) of Firefox it supports?

For RRC 3.0.1, you can install the plugin into Firefox 3.6 and 4.
In the upcoming fixpack (3.0.1.1), you can install the plugin into Firefox versions 3.6 and higher (no upper bound).

As for finding the plugin, it's actually installed as part of the server such that the first time you attempt to edit a graphical artifact, it will prompt you to download and install it.
