Error accessing Process Description in a Project RTC3.01

Hi,
I installed RTC3.01 on z/OS and are trying now to create a project (SCRUM) . It seems to be created OK, but if I click on the Process Description I get error:
Unable to load /ccm/process-authoring/project-area/_HGSp5NKpEeC_laR-kY69Rg/description status:500
Could not figure out what could be wrong, or what to check to fix . can you help?

Found the problem, ( or at least problem has gone) .
I think had a problem during install process , the initial Setup running https://<host>:<port>/jts/setup is very critical in the installation. I found out that something went wrong when setting the global URI. Unfortunately I had to re-install, I think there should be a way to rerun this setup.
