How can I export/import JTS settings?

After JTS installation we need setup it first by https://HOST:9443/jts/setup, my question is how can I backup the settings, and restore it after next fresh installation. In this case we can bypass the post setup steps manually.

I'm trying to use "repotools-jts -export", can any expert confirm all the settings are stored in repository DB?

Configuration settings are also stored in files under server/conf/jts (and if you have installed other CLM applications, in other folders under the server/conf directory). Can you explain why you want to reinstall? Is it to do repeated setups for testing?
