RTC 3.0.1 works on windows 7 ultimate or not?

Although its not in the system requirements, please refer to the sys requirement page.

But i am using it on Windows7 ultimate for testing purpose only and its working fine.

You can avoid this if you don't install anything into C:/Program files(x86), which unfortunately is the default.

You have to set the shared installation folder e.g. to C:\IBM\shared the very first time you install with install manager. When installing a product,also avoid to install it into C:/Program files(x86). Because this folder is protected, Windows only allows Administrators to write there. This causes the issue when not running "As administrator", because just running from the user administrator does not give you full rights.
