SocketTimeoutException in checking

After I got the OurofMemory error in my another post, I clicked OK, increased the RTC client heap size to 1024, found the "Share Project" option is no longer available. Since I have no idea about the status, I continue "Check-in and Devlier", after some time, I got another error:

CRJAZ0099I When accessing the URL "https://yyyy.gov.on.ca:9443/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.scm.common.IScmService" the following HTTP error occurred: "java.net.SocketTimeoutException"

When I try again, it give me this:

Local projects are out of sync with your repository workspace. You should proceed with caution. If you proceed, the check-in may revert other changes or fail.

To get in sync, you should Cancel and then either: disconnect and reshare the projects with the unresolved changes. Or create a patch containing the changes, reload the projects (the reload is increamental) and then apply the patch.

So your OutOfMemory error occurred in your RTC client? Have you ever checked how about health of your RTC server? We have met this SocketTimeoutException before when our RTC server CPU is about full.
