Restrict user from making/delivering baseline?

Hi All,

we need that each of project team member can make/deliver change, but only someone can make/deliver baseline, is this possible in RTC?

You can set and remove such a permission in the team configuration of the project and team areas that own the streams you want to restrict delivery of baselines to.
