How to download multiple file from web interface?

Hi,

I like to download some file of a component by using web interface of RTC. But if I want to download the whole folder it is not possible. I can't select the folder to download, or I am missing something.

Is there a way to achieve this problem?

Hi,

it is currently not possible to download a whole folder. I know there is a work item from a customer requesting this. You could add your case.
