In no case can all users/signed-in-users see an asset unless the admin
explicitly said all users/signed-in-users can see in the community. It
goes by roles. Whatever the roles say then those are the ones that can
see. In legacy only Approved and As-Is is available to users through the
normal entitlements. In all other states it is restricted.
In lifecycle by default it is controlled by state. Each state has an
"override community entitlements" radio button (or something like that).
If check then the standard entitlements are turned off and only owners,
collaborators, reviewers, reviewboard, and admin can see it. If this is
not checked then by default the standard entitlements apply. I.e.
Whoever has normal access can still see it.

Hi,
In iRAM, if Approved Assets gets Expired, then automatically it turns
to Draft state. In this case is Draft Assets visible to all iRAM
users (Comm. Admin, Anonymous users, Signed in users)?
