Issue in Importing Microsoft project plans to RTC

I am having the same issue. I load the xml file, it validates, and then the next button does not become active. Only thing I can do is cancel.
Is this is a bug or an issue with my xml?

Hi All,
I am having trouble importing Microsoft project plan into RTC 3.0.1. I feel that its a browser issue...it says validating file and tHE next button to proceed isnt getting activated. I am using IE7 and Mozilla 12.0

Hi,
I am trying to import around 4000 tasks. It is succeeding when i try with a lesser number of tasks though. Is it because of the large number of tasks?
Thanks.

I ask because we only had a small number of tasks for a pilot group...50-100 and it took about 20seconds for the Next button to appear active.
I wonder if your issue may be that the tool is still processing tasks.

When i try importing the whole plan with 5000 tasks, the amount of time taken to validate itself is huge and takes a long time for the next button to activate and sometimes it even times out. So, just checking if this is the normal behaviour or if there is a limitation?

Which fields in the mpp plan have to be mapped for "State" and "estimate" in RTC?

Thanks. But which fields in your MPP Plan contain status and estimate values? I mean what are the corresponding field names in the MPP Plan?
During import, it asks me for mapping of Summary and regular Tasks, then users. It seems to do status and estimate by default in my tests.
