Problems opening client in RRC v 2

Dave Watts (1121) | asked Jul 27 '11, 6:17 a.m.
Trying to open the client I'm getting the following error message

CRRRC2219E Cannot open the repository "IPO RRC"

My support team say that (at the server end) it's asking for a Jazz Admin Password. They're not aware of any password as they weren't left with any documentation when we had RRC originally installed.

Any clues?

Hi Dave,

So aside from getting the error message, what happens next when opening the client? Can you see the project explorer with the repository connection listed? If so, you may just need to edit the connection and provide the password associated with the user that is attempting to connect to the server. Do you know if any other user accounts were created aside from the one who has the Jazz Admin role?

Long term however, you really are going to need to determine what the userid and password is for the Jazz Admin that was setup during the installation of the server. By default, this was ADMIN but may well have been changed during the server setup process.
