Colin Grogan (11) | asked Jul 26 '11, 6:17 a.m.
Hi, everytime i create a repository workspace I keep getting the following message:

"Your license doesn't currently allow you to Create Repository Workspace"

However, as far as i know I am licensed (My RFT-RTC install is permanantly licensed if I check in the manage licensees menu.

Anyone know what i need to do to fix this?

Hi,

the message means the user trying to create a repository workspace has no developer license assigned. Dependent on the version there are different types of licenses that can be assigned a contributor license for instande allows working with work items but not with SCM. So a contributor can't create a repository workspace. Check which licenses are assigned to your user.
