Editor Presentation Bindings (remove item from the list)

It took me a few minutes to figure out what I didn't see a new tab that I added in the editor presenations section. It appears that I have two work item types listed in the editor presenation binding drop down list. One with lower case and one with an upper case. I can't seem to figure out how to edit this list to get rid of the work item type that I don't want. The type I want to delete isn't listed anywhere in the Types & attributes section at all. Do I have to modify the source file?

RTC server version 2.0.0.2 iFix 4
RTC client version 2.0.0.2 iFix 6
