Cannot save changed user info in User Editor - mapping error

I get this error when I try to update my user information using the User Editor on RTC Eclipse client 3.0 iFix1. This is a personal sandbox setup and the ccm and jts repositories were imported from exported tar files for an education package (derby dbs).
more than one mapping for item with id _ID8...............
All other ietm editors are working OK. Any idea how this can been fixed?
