RTC 3.0.1 report issue after migration from 2002IF6

I have just migrated an RTC 2002 IFix6 to RTC 3.0.1 with DB2 back end and once I brought up RTC console on 3.0.1 I am seeing issues with project reports, release burn downs etc.... I saw no errors durring migration but in every widget (release burndowns, Sprint burndown, etc..) I get

Report loading failed: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704, SQLERRMC=CONFIG.ETL_INFO, DRIVER=3.57.82

I go to reports and see same error
DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704, SQLERRMC=CONFIG.ETL_INFO, DRIVER=3.57.82 again and all sections say
Loading.........

Any Ideas?
