Hi

I have an RRC v3.0.1 server and another, separate RTC 3.0 ifix1 server. After we link work items to requirements, we don't have see the hover information about the work item from RRC - we just get asked to login.

I am about to check the OAuth settings - so that may be be the problem.

Is this expected behaviour (only see a login request, not the normal rich hover)?

Hi Anthony,

Depending on the setup of your server, it is not entirely unexpected to see a "Login" link the first time you try to hover. If, after logging in, you still cannot see the hover, you may want to verify your OAuth settings are accurate and check any logs.
