Error when connecting RQM3.0.1 via RTC client

Yaqian Fang (2013223) | asked Jul 07 '11, 7:58 p.m.
Hi,
I'm trying to connect to RQM3.0.1 which has Money that Matters sample project via RTC client version 3.0. Before I tried RTC client 3.0, I used RTC client 2.0 and the connection couldn't be established at all. So I upgraded my client to 3.0 version.

After that, I was able to connect to the repository. As soon and the connection to the repository was established, the following error message popped up:

'Searching for repository workspace' has encountered a problem. CRJAZ0106I The request for the URL "/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.scm.common.internal.IScmQueryService" was denied. The status is Not Available".

What does it mean? how to fix it? Thanks!

You definitely cannot use an RTC-2.0 client to access a 3.0.1 server.
Just for interest's sake, you might want to try using the RTC 3.0.1
client, rather than the RTC 3.0 client, and see if you get the same
error message.

Cheers,
Geoff

I see this same error with the CLM 3.0.1 and the RTC 3.0.1 client when I open user accounts. What is the resolution with this combination? Thanks in advance.
