Data collection fails RTC 3.0 iFix 1, WAS 32-bit Win 2003

Hi,

I am using WebSphere Application Server and we have some strange messages when we try to run Data collection and after a while the Jazz server stops responding. The WAS has to be stopped by killing the java process.

I did not install the Base licensing before I ran /jts/setup but it ran through without warnings and it has now been installed.

Questions:
1) How do I rerun the installation without loosing all the code and activities that we have created over the past 3 weeks.

2) Does the ccm_user have to exist in the WAS user registry as it was not stated in the install guideline. Does this user need to have a license specified.

3) What ports other than 9443, 443 are used by WAS and RTC, local server communication included.

My collected errors;
In the ccm.log I have WARN on 4 rows.
"The required service owner for "com.ibm.team.repository.service.IDescriptionService" could not be found."

In the JTS.log it says WARN: net.jazz.ajax.BootstrapProperties.

From active services console.
