Receiving Error "Execution Initialization Failed"

I was executing TER's yesterday and early this morning with no problem, but all of a sudden I am getting 'Execution Initialization Error' whenever I run a TER - and none of the script steps are loading on the Execution tab. We attempted to restart the service in the hopes that would help, however I am still receiving the error. Has anyone else ever received this, and how do we resolve it?

Sounds like someone has changed your project area permissions and removed a permission that you need in order to execute test cases. For example, maybe they removed your permission to create execution results. And since the action of running a test case will create a result, then the execution will fail. When you see the "Execution Initialization Error" place your mouse over it and wait for the hover help to show. The hover should have more details about what error cause the execution not to be able to initialize.
