Importing Results from RPT or RFT into RQM

The short answer is no. There's nothing in RQM specific to import RPT/RFT or any other test tool results into RQM for runs not initiated within RQM.
However, you can run a test execution record without selecting a script. This will produce a somewhat blank result for which you can fill out our own results. In RQM 201 the result page will allow you to edit the result details section and you can place attachments, screenshots etc.. into the result details. Take for example, RPT. You could do the run directly in RPT, use the RPT Export Report to HTML feature, zip up the exported HTML files and attach that into the result details of an RQM result.
