Yes, this is the same for z/OS. The scm tools get installed with the build toolkit on z/OS.

Hi Brent, I searched around the download site and do not see a specific AIX PPC build system toolkit. Did I miss something? Has the download been removed?

Hi Chemi,

The scmtools are already included in the build system toolkit for AIX PPC. When you get the AIX PPC build system toolkit zip and unzip, you will find them at the directory jazz/scmtools/eclipse/* .

Note that this is different than for Windows and Linux since the scmtools are included with the Eclipse client download for those platforms. AIX doesn't currently have an Eclipse client download/zip so the scmtools were added to the build system toolkit zip.
