uninstall RAM problem

I am using IBM Installation Manager to uninstall RAM 7.0.0. However, it shows the message:
The Embedded version of the IBM WebSphere Application Server is currently in use. Please stop the server to continue.
Then, I use stopserver.bat to stop the server, but I received message:
..
ADMU0509I: The server "server1" cannot be reached. It appears to be stopped.

and, I believe I am not running any RAM server. Any suggestion on this
issue ?

The easiest way to uninstall is to simply go to the WAS console and
uninstall the RAM applications from there.
