Can we use CQ Connector in Express C version?

The CQ Connector is included in the standard version.

Because, we are using the the express c version. We want to establish the connection between cq and our rtc server. Is it possible to download a standalone cq connector. So, we can work it with our express c version?

The CQ Connector is only licensed for use in the standard edition of
Team Concert, so you wouldn't be able to use it in the express-c edition.
