IBM Rational product certifications are listed here:

http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/certs/rl_index.shtml

RTC is not on that list - but I do see Rational Quality Manager is already available, so at least one of the Jazz-based products is available.

Hello Milan,
we are currently in the process of developing an external certification for Jazz products, which is likely to be out around mid to late 2011.Stay tuned, as you will see a formal announcement of certification around that time.
