Installing RTC 3.0 in Eclipse Helios SR1

Tom Seelbach (1847) | asked May 25 '11, 8:32 a.m.
I have
Version: Helios Service Release 1
Build id: 20100917-0705

I downloaded the RTC P2 Install repository from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0iFix1?p=allDownloads and tried to install RTC from within Eclipse. Can you help me resolve these errors?
